Cave Spring 59, GW-Danville 51: At Cave Spring, Kim Stewart made all nine of her field-goal attempts and scored a game-high 25 points, six in overtime, to lead the Knights (9-2). Stewart was 7-for-9 from the free-throw line, 4-for-4 in overtime.

\ Roanoke Catholic 48, Timberlake Christian 35: At Lynchburg, Jackie Hinman had 12 of her 17 points and seven of her nine rebounds in the second half as the Celtics won a Blue Ridge Conference game. Abby Dickson added eight rebounds and 11 points for Catholic (7-1, 3-1), which survived 38 turnovers.

\ Carlisle 31, North Cross 30: At Martinsville, Jessica Burton scored the final two of her game-high 19 points at the buzzer to give Carlisle a nip-and-tuck victory over the Raiders. Emily Cook had 13 points and 13 rebounds for North Cross (2-4, 0-1).
