PULLING ROANOKE TOGETHER, NOT DOWN

AT A TIME when there have been so many people affected by job layoffs, transfers and the like, it is encouraging to note that we, all valley residents, have been drawn together by a tighter bond to make this an even greater place to live.

With the bringing together of our valley governments, Regional Partnership and all other community organizations, we will come out of this a much stronger and diverse people.

This valley is a wonderful place to live and I am proud to call it home. JAY METCALFE ROANOKE
