CALDWELL, Jeffery Stephen, 47, of Rockville, Va. and formerly of Roanoke died December 21, 1992. He is survived by his wife, Linda L. Caldwell; children, Erica L. and Justin A. Caldwell; mother, Evelyn W. Caldwell; sister, Judy Caldwell Graham, both of Green River, Wyo. Mr. Caldwell was an employee of Beneficial of Virginia.
