TANNER-DAVIS

Megan Jean Davis and Russell Eanes Tanner were united in marriage on January 9, 1993, in Covenant Presbyterian Church. The Rev. James F. Riach was the officiating clergyman. The reception was held following the ceremony in the Fellowship Hall.

Mrs. Kara Davis Gray served as the matron of honor, and John Colson Davis as the best man. The ushers were Dr. S. John Davis, Mr. Randy Soyars, and Mr. Larry Gray. Mrs. Sharon Lowery was the guest-book attendant.

Megan is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. S. John Davis, of Richmond. She is a 1987 graduate of Radford University and is employed as the Senior Designer at Harris Office Furniture Co., Inc. Russell is the son of Ms. Anita Eanes Tanner, of Roanoke. He is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and a 1987 graduate of Hampden Sydney College. Russell is employed by MCI Telecommunications as a Customer Service and Technical Support consultant.

The couple will make their home in the Raleigh Court area of Roanoke.
