Complimenting the bodice is the regal simplicity of the softly gathered full skirt, highlighted by a chapel length train. The bride's crowning touch was a two layer flat bow headband adorned with three silk flowers, seed pearls, lace trim and two graduated layers of silk illusion.

The music for the wedding was provided by soloist Juan Pineda, of Richmond, friend of the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Schneck played violin and viola accompaniment while Mrs. Virginia Bethune provided the organ music.
