WADE ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. John T. Wade celebrated their 60th anniversary on January 4, 1993. A celebration dinner was held New Year's Day at the home of the happy couple hosted by their only daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Twine. In attendance also were the couple's 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Wade are long standing members of Central Baptist Church of Roanoke and were married in Franklin County on January 4, 1933. He is a retired coal miner, and she is a homemaker, formerly Hester Lucille Gibson.
