CARTER BIRTH

Randi Renee Carter was born October 23, 1992, at 5:02 a.m. in Community Hospital of Roanoke. She weighed 8 lbs. 3.7 oz. and was 21 inches long. Her parents are Randy and Kelly Carter. She has two brothers, Bobby, 4 years old, and Maverick, 2 years old. Her grandparents are Bill and Jan Carter, of Vinton, and Sandy Childress, of Thaxton.
