QUICK LEADS FERRUM

Quincy Quick scored 29 points Saturday as the Ferrum men scored a 106-96 overtime victory over Shenandoah in college basketball.

Ferrum (8-3) led by 14, but Shenandoah (4-8) battled back and tied the score at 87 with 25 seconds to go. Shenandoah hit a 3-pointer to take a 90-87 lead and with 18 seconds to go, Scarborough sank a 3-point goal to send the game into overtime. - Staff report
