OBIT HALE, JUANITA CARPER
HALE, Juanita Carper, 81, of Roanoke, died Saturday, January 9, 1993. She was a charter member of Green Ridge Baptist Church. She was the widow of Millard F. Hale. She is survived by a stepdaughter, Bobbie Jennings, Purcellville; stepdaughter-in-law, Linda Hale, N.C.; one niece, Josephine Firebaugh Collins, Roanoke; one nephew, C. Eugene Firebaugh, Forest; a number of great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel, 1 p.m. Monday, January 11, with the Rev. J. Michael Palmer officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Green Ridge Baptist Church Building Fund. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel where the family will recieve friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
