OBIT ROVITTI, MARIA L.

ROVITTI, Maria L., 95, of Radford, Virginia, passed away Saturday, January 9, 1993 at Radford Community Hospital Extended Care Unit. She was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church. Mrs. Rovitti, along with her husband, Salvatore Rovitti, a resident of Wheatland Hills Retirement Center, moved to Radford two years ago to be with her granddaughter, Sue Greco. Survivors include her husband, Salvatore Rovitti of Wheatland Hills; one son, George Rovitti of Alexandria; one daughter, Mrs. Rita Komor, S. Summerville, N.J.; one sister, Mrs. Helen DeFeis of Jersey City, N.J.; six grandchildren, one of them being Mrs. Michael (Sue) Greco of Radford; and fifteen great-grandchildren, two of them being, Jennifer Ann and Maria Nicole Greco. A Christian Wake service will be held Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at the Seaver-Sanders and Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Father Tom Magri officiating. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Madonna Chapel in Fort Lee, N.J. Entombment will follow in the Madonna Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Seaver-Sanders and Mullins Funeral Home in Radford and on Tuesday morning after 9 a.m. at the chapel in Fort Lee, N.J. Seaver-Sanders and Mullins Funeral Home in Radford is in charge of arrangements.
