OBIT QUINN, ARLIE M. SR.
QUINN, Arlie M. Sr., 66, of Rocky Mount, passed away Saturday, January 9, 1993, in Lewis-Gale Hospital. Mr. Quinn was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Charlie M. Quinn. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rachel H. Quinn; five sons and four daughters-in-law, Arlie M. Quinn Jr., Hurmand and Joyce LaPrade, Thurman and Donna LaPrade, Ralph and Janice LaPrade, John and Doris LaPrade; and four daughters and sons-in-law, Lois and Tony Webb, Mary and Frank Scott, Arlene and Harry Shelton, Joyce and Joe Feazelle. Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Pearlie Quinn, and one brother, Mr. Frank Quinn; twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday January 11, 1993, at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert White officiating. Military graveside services will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call after noon on Sunday, January 10, at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Arrangements by Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home.
