OBIT STANLEY, ARCIE MAE
STANLEY, Arcie Mae, 70, of Marion, died Thursday, January 7, 1993, at Smyth County Community Hospital. Mrs. Stanley was the widow of William Henry Stanley, had been a resident of Smyth County for 46 years, and was a member of Cedars Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Vernon E. and Becky Stanley of Dublin, Clifford L. and Diane Stanley of Amherst, W. Darrell and Candace Stanley of Asheboro, N.C.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Delbert Blevens, Eva and Bill Cullop, all of Marion; one brother, Vance Paul Carner, Port William, Ohio; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services for Mrs. Stanley will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, January 10, 1993, in the Barnett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Willard Reedy and the Rev. Ralph Jones officiating. Entombment will follow in Rose Lawn Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Saturday at Barnett Funeral Home.
