OBIT WILLIAMS, ELIZABETH H.
WILLIAMS, Elizabeth H., 85, of Old Country Club Road, Roanoke, and formerly of Pembroke, died Saturday, January 9, 1993 in a Roanoke hospital. Born in Bland County, Va. on June 14, 1907, she was the daughter of the late James H. and Sallie Jarrell Honaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond D. Williams and was a member of the Pembroke First United Methodist Church. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, James F. and Romona P. Williams, Roanoke; one sister, Eloise Honaker, Roanoke; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Williams-Jamison-Kendall Funeral Home, Pembroke. Burial will be in Birchlawn Burial Park, Pearisburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
