OBIT SINK, SALLY MCMINIS

SINK, Sally McMinis, 84, of Roanoke, died Friday, January 8, 1993. She was retired from Nancy's, Vinton. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Marie S. and Glenn E. Tyree, Nancy S. and Junior Vandergrift, all of Roanoke; five grandchildren, Barry Tyree, James Tyree, Cheryl Bowdell, Karen V. Brogan, all of Roanoke, Rhonda Wray of Blue Ridge; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Clara Oakes of Middletown, Va., Christine Rochester of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 11 a.m. Monday, January 11, 1993, with Pastor Chester Lykins and the Rev. Carl V. Woodie officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
