IN A WORD, THIS CONTROVERSY IS STUPID
AS I READ the papers and see the local news, I feel sick to my stomach with the parents and citizens in our community.
Our children are dying in record numbers, they are taking their lives, and others are taking their young lives. And all the parents and citizens of our community have to worry about are words like "Christmas" and "Easter."
How did our society get so sick that we only have words, which mean so many different things to so many people, to worry about?
Can others of you not see how stupid this is? This has nothing to do with religion or political correctness. This is only words. Can't these people direct their energy into doing something to keep children alive and well? God is in someone's heart and soul, not in words. SANDY KILLGO BLACKSBURG
