HAMPTON PAIR CLAIMS $1.3 MILLION JACKPOT

Ellis and Debbie Hobbs of Hampton on Monday claimed Saturday's $1.3 million Lotto jackpot.

The Hobbs chose the winning numbers of 3-4-17-21-31-40 by using their childrens' birthdays and Hobbs' age.

The winning ticket was sold at a service station in York County.

The Hobbs said they will save their winnings for their children's education.

They will receive an initial payment of $44,636 after taxes and an additional 19 annual payments of $43,520.

They claimed their winnings at the Lottery's regional office in Hampton. - Associated Press
