OBIT JEWELL, MAGGIE DICKERSON
JEWELL, Maggie Dickerson, 73, of Lafayette, died Sunday, January 10, 1993 in a Salem hospital. She is survived by her husband, Robert A. Jewell; daughters, Alice M. Jewell and Joyce A. Jewell; a son and daughter-in-law, Frank A. and Brenda Jewell, all of Lafayette; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary J. and 1st Sgt. Clifton R. Sisson, U.S. Marine Corp. Quantico; three grandchildren, J. R. Sisson, Bradley and Brittany Jewell; a brother, Frank Dickerson, Troutville; two sisters, Adelphia Cole and Irene Brown, both of Oregon; several sisters and brothers-in-law and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 13, 1993, noon at the Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Steve Greer officiating. Interment will be in Piedmont Cemetery in Shawsville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shawsville Rescue Squad or Elliston Volunteer Fire Department. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel.
