REPORTED EARNINGS
Hook-SupeRx Inc., Cincinnati operator of drug stores including units in
Western Virginia, reported sales for the three months ended Nov. 30 rose 8.6
percent from the 1991 period and the net loss improved to $1.7 million. Sales
for the quarter were $544.1 million compared to $501.1 million a year earlier.
The net loss for the quarter improved $900,000 to $1.7 million, or 8 cents per
share, from $2.6 million, or 20 cents per share.
