OBIT GUFFEY, SIDNEY LEE

GUFFEY, Sidney Lee, 74, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, January 12, 1993. Mr. Guffey served in the U. S. Army during World War II and with the 780th Field Artillery during the Korean Conflict. Surviving are his wife, Margaret G. Guffey; and two brothers, Andrew Guffey, Staunton, and John Henry Guffey, Roanoke. A graveside service with military honors by V.F.W. will be conducted 3 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
