OBIT KENT, VIRGINIA ROACH

KENT, Virginia Roach, 77, of Salem, died Monday, January 11, 1993 in Camelot Nursing Home. Born in Wallace, Idaho November 1, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Wilfred Everard Roach and Carolyn Awilda Mosher Roach. She spent most of her life in the Roanoke area. She is survived by her niece, Ann Roach (Mrs. James J.) Crawford, Chapel Hill, N.C.; two nephews, David Michael Roach, Kenneth Slater Roach, both of Richmond. She was preceded in death by her brother, Wilfred Everard Roach II, Amherst. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, Oakridge, Va. by the Rev. Craig Fickling. Arrangements by Byrum-Parr Funeral Home, Roseland, Va.
