OBIT HURLEY, WILLIAM IRA

HURLEY, William Ira, 55, of Roanoke County, died Friday, Januaury 15, 1993, in a local hospital. He was a retired electrician with the Norfolk Southern Railway and a member of the Roanoke Moose Lodge. Surviving are his wife, Norma Jean Prillaman Hurley, Roanoke County; son and daughter-in-law, Mark Ira and Kimberly Ann Hurley of Alexandria, Va.; mother, Elsie Marie Hurley of Meadowview, Va.; sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Bill Tolbert of Salem; also several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and numerous cousins. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel 1 p.m. Monday with Dr. William Lawrence Kline Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial park. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Oakey's South Chapel.
