He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Marcia Dowe, Rodney and Linda Dowe, all of Columbus, Ohio; three grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Frances D. Brown, Lenora Taylor, both of Salem, Geraldine Whaley, Roanoke, Lula Webb, Frankye and John Warren, all of Washington, D.C.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Douglas and Lillie Dowe, Alfred and Blanche Dowe, all of Roanoke, Edith Dowe, Washington, D.C. and Altha S.
