OBIT DOWDY, MARY T.

DOWDY, Mary T., 71, of Radford, died Saturday, January 16, 1993, in a Richmond hospital. Surviving are two sons, William H. Dowdy of Radford, David G. Dowdy of Dublin; four daughters, Elizabeth D. Montfort, Richmond, Charlotte D. Broyles, Christiansburg, Ann D. Cox, Pulaski, Sue D. Entsminger, Roanoke; two sisters, Virgie Burke, and Willie Walls, both of Radford; 13 grandchildren also survive. Funeral services 11 a.m. Tuesday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ernest Chinault officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home.
