PROPOSED BOYCOTT IS DISGUSTING

OBVIOUSLY, I am one of a few in Virginia who feels that Gov. Wilder's introduction of a bill to limit buying guns is a good idea.

I am disgusted by the number of organizations that are outraged and are even threatening to boycott Virginia. They claim that this law would be in violation of constitutional rights. Boycotting a state whose population has been annihilated by the senseless violence that originates with guns is futile. A gun's function is destruction, and I see no reason to buy more than one gun in 30 days, unless the buyer plans to violate one of my rights - the one to breathe. MICHELLE G. KARIM ROANOKE
