ARE THEY SELLING ONE-SHOT WEAPONS?
THERE is a basic and fundamental point that has been either ignored or overlooked in the ongoing brouhaha concerning the proposal to limit the purchase of guns to one per month. To wit: A limit on the number of guns purchased in any period does not infringe on a citizen's right to keep and bear arms.Second Amendment considerations and precedents aside, I have heard of no credible argument why anyone has a "need" to purchase guns at an unlimited rate.
