FRALIN, Horace Grover, 66, of Roanoke, died January 19, 1993 at his home. Surviving are his wife, Ann Huff Fralin, Roanoke; one daughter and her husband, Kay Ferguson Bechtel and Stefan D. Bechtel, Charlottesville; mother, Mrs. Ollie E. Fralin, Roanoke; two brothers, Dr. G. Wayne Fralin, Daleville; W. Heywood Fralin, Roanoke; two grandchildren, Adam Fralin Bechtel, Lilly Anne Bechtel, both of Charlottesville. Funeral services will be conducted at the South Roanoke United Methodist Church, 11 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. James A. Hain. Burial will be in Evergreen Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to "Renew Roanoke" or "Project Explorer". Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel anytime. The family will receive friends at his home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
