OBIT DILLON, S.

DILLON, Sarah Ann Nichols, 46, of Route 3, Rocky Mount, passed away suddenly Monday, January 18, 1993, at home. She was a sales associate with Leggett Department Store in Rocky Mount and was a member of Rocky Mount Christian Church. Sarah was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ella Turner Nichols. Surviving are her husband, Raynard P. Dillon; one daughter and son-in-law, Candis and Kevin Hunt, Union Hall; one son, Scott L. Dillon; one grandson, Tyler Hunt; her father, Joseph F. Nichols; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary Jo and Lewis Jennings, all of Rocky Mount; one niece, Kay Thurman, Glade Hill; one nephew, Randy Jennings, Wirtz; one great niece, Tiffany Thurman. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Thursday, with Rev. Glenn E. Clements and Rev. Lewis Arnold officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Flora Funeral Service, 342 S. Main St., Rocky Mount.
