MAN WHO KILLED EX-WIFE IN TV TAPING ARRESTED

A man who fatally shot his ex-wife in front of a television camera near his daughter's grave was arrested Wednesday in Texas, authorities said.

Emilio Nunez, 34, who blamed his daughter's suicide on his former wife, tried to pull a gun on FBI agents who stopped a Greyhound Bus bound for Los Angeles near Fort Stockton, Texas, on the pretense of looking for illegal aliens, said Lt. Lou Cavallo of the North Lauderdale Police Department.

Nunez was disarmed and arrested, Cavallo said.
