OBIT FORBES, T. DORIS

FORBES, T. Doris, of Vinton, died Thursday, January 21, 1993 in a local hospital. She was a retired teacher from the Roanoke City Public Schools and a member of the Garden City Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are a number of cousins and a dear friend, Louise Weaver, Bent Mountain. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 23 with the Rev. Robert E. Field officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
