DILLON-CLARK

The parents of Valerie Dee Dillon are pleased to announce the Christmas Eve engagement of their daughter to Scott Ryan Clark. She is the daughter of Deeann Thacker Dillon of Roanoke and Ralph Dillon of San Antonio, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Doris Thacker of Hardy and Sadie Dillon of Roanoke. And, she is the great-granddaughter of Frenchie Hall and Buren Hall both of Roanoke County. Valerie is currently attending Patrick Henry High School and after a June 1993 graduation she will attend the college of her choice. Scott is the son of Joyce and Marvin Clark of Roanoke. He is a 1991 graduate of Patrick Henry High School and is now attending Virginia Western Community College. He is also employed by Harris Teeter of Roanoke. No wedding date has yet been planned.
