FOARD-RAMSEY

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Walker Foard III of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Beverly Anne Foard, to J. Bryon Ramsey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Olin Ramsey of Blacksburg, S. C.

Miss Foard is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and recently graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services.

Mr. Ramsey graduated from Clemson University in 1987 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is employed by Northern White GMC-Volvo in Columbus, Ohio.

An October wedding is planned.
