Diane and Bill Linkous of Roanoke, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elaine Sue, to Thomas E. Hurlbut, son of John and Emmy Lou Hurlbut of Young Harris Georgia. Elaine attended National Business College and is employed by Hopkins Travel Agency. Tom graduated from W&L and is employed by Norfolk Southern. A Spring wedding is planned.
