Audra Saul and Howard Weinstein are announcing their engagement. Howard is the son of Marvin and Roslyn Weinstein of Norfolk, Va. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is employed by GE. Audra is the daughter of John and Lynn Saul of Bedford, Va. She is a student at Hollins College. She also works for both Sears andB. R. Memorial Gardens part time. No wedding date has been set.
