JOHNSTON, Sylvia Price, 55, of Fredericksburg, formerly of Blacksburg, died Saturday, January 23, 1993 at her home. She was born in Blacksburg to the late Waldo and Lena Price and was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna J. Musick. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Sherry J. and Donald Rice, Fredericksburg; son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Carol Johnston, Pulaski; son-in-law, Lawrence Musick, Radford; sister, Mary E. Boothe, Floyd; brother, William F. "Bill" Cook, Blacksburg; special aunts , June Reinemann and Christine McCauley, both of Blacksburg; a companion, Paul Rice, Fredericksburg; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 25, at McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Bobby E. Fuller will officiate. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
