SEN. MARYE GIVES A HOOT

WE SHOULD have a "Hoot-In" in support of the bottle bill this year. This would consist of as many people as we can muster in Richmond, all blowing across the tops of empty bottles. This would make a very impressive sound bite and give new meaning to the slogan, "Give a hoot, don't pollute." Perhaps we could even tune the bottles together into a chord and harmonize the Richmond environment.

Please take a moment to bless Sen. Madison Marye's heart for sponsoring this legislation for so many years. WILL BASON FLOYD
