OBIT DOSS, RUBY MARTIN

DOSS, Ruby Martin, 86, of Roanoke, died Sunday, January 24, 1993, at her home. She was formerly of Botetourt County, and was a member of Bonsack Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Frank L. Doss; two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Yeatts of Farmville, Mrs. Jacqueline Reed of Vinton; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; and one brother, Harry T. Martin, Vinton. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Janaury 26, with the Rev. Dr. Robert G. Moore III and the Rev. Gerald C. Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made to Bonsack Baptist Church. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
