OBIT ELKINS, MAGGIE MAE MASON

ELKINS, Maggie Mae Mason, 92, of Simpsonville, S.C., and formerly of Roanoke, died Saturday, January 23, 1993. She was a member of Virginia Heights Baptist Church, and was the widow of Richard Franklin Elkins. Surviving are a daughter, Frances E. Wickes, Simpsonville, S.C.; and two grandchildren, Robin Foster of Albuquerque, N.M., James E. Wickes of Raleigh, N.C. Graveside services will be held in Evergreen Burial Park Wednesday, January 27, at 11 a.m. with Dr. Daniel Scott officiating. There will be no visitation. Oakey's Roanoke Chapel is handling arrangements.
