3 WYTHEVILLE RESIDENTS CHARGED IN BREAK-INS
Three men have been charged in a series of recent burglaries in Wytheville.Arrested by the Wytheville Police Department and Wythe County Sheriff's Department were Willie Lon Rice II, 26; George Phillip Painter Jr., 29; and Tyrone Lee Coates, 24, all of Route 4, Wytheville.
Rice is charged with a break-in at a dental office last month, the Wythe County School Board office Jan. 7, and the Virginia Department of Purchase and Supply building Jan. 10.
Painter and Coates have each been charged with breaking and entering in the School Board break-in. Painter is also charged with breaking and entering at the dental office. - Southwest bureau
