A LINE was inadvertently dropped from a column Tuesday by Del. A. Victor Thomas. The sentence, regarding a proposal to code first-time driver's licenses in Virginia, should have read, "The Division of Motor Vehicles can easily implement this system, and the State Police will have an effective means of identifying those who fit a gunrunner profile."
