OBIT ARMENTROUT, MARJORIE LOUISE CULLEN

ARMENTROUT, Marjorie Louise Cullen, 50, of Buena Vista, died Wednesday, January 27, 1993 in Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born in Washington, D.C. on May 2, 1942, the daughter of Carmen Patterson Cullen and the late Lewis Alexander Cullen. She was an Administrations Clerk at Stonewall Jackson Hospital, with 23 years service, member of St. Johns United Methodist Church, active in Cancer Reach to Recovery Program and past president of Buena Vista Woman's Club. She is survived by her husband, Richard Edwin Armentrout, Buena Vista; three sons, Marcus Scott Anderson, Jeffery David Anderson, Brandon Scott Anderson, all of Buena Vista; one daughter, Ashley Anderson Burnett, Buena Vista; one stepson, Mark Edwin Armentrout, Knoxville, Tenn.; a twin sister, Julie Cullen Patterson, Buena Vista; three brothers, Lewis Alexander Cullen, Mt. Airy, Md., David Elliot Cullen, Palmyra, and William Butch Cullen, Buena Vista; a special friend, Kim Knick, Buena Vista. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lomax Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Robert Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Lomax Funeral Home.
