FRYE, Elizabeth K., 86, of Rural Retreat, died Wednesday, January 27, 1993 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born in Crockett, Va., the daughter of the late Tyler Frazier and Nannie Snavely Kidd. She was a member of the Rural Retreat United Methodist Church and the U.M.W. She is survived by one daughter, Rebecca F. Heldreth of Rural Retreat; two granddaughters, Sherrye H. O'Leary of Hendersonville, Tenn., Dianne H. Jonas of Rural Retreat; one great-granddaughter, Kelley D. Jonas; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Rural Retreat United Methodist Church with the Rev. Buford Hankins officiating. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery in Rural Retreat. The family requests that those who prefer may make memorials to the Rural Retreat United Methodist Church or the Rural Retreat Emergency Service. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Lindsey Funeral Home or at the residence of her daughter Rebecca Heldreth at any time. Lindsey Funeral Home, Rural Retreat, is in charge of the arrangements.
