FLOYD TO HOST 1,500 BIKE VIRGINIA CYCLISTS

Floyd will be one of the host towns in the sixth annual Bike Virginia bicycling venture. More than 1,500 cyclists and 150 staff personnel are expected to take part in the five-day, 300-mile journey which begins in Bristol on June 18. Host towns along the route will provide accommodations, meals and an evening celebration for participants in the "Southwest Virginia Odyssey."
