CRAFT-TINLEY

Mr. and Mrs. Elmer J. Craft, Jr.announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ann, to Roger Dale Tinley, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Dale Tinley of Vinton, Virginia.

Miss Craft graduated from William Byrd High School and from Lynchburg College with a B.A. in Accounting.She is currently employed by the Commonwealth of Virginia for the Auditor of Public Accounts in Richmond, Virginia.

Mr. Tinley graduated from William Byrd High School and attended Virginia Western Community College. He iscurrently attending Technical Training School at the Navy Training Center in Orlando, Florida.

A fall wedding is being planned.
