Mr. and Mrs. Daniel L. Powell are happy to announce the engagement of their son, Daniel Michael Powell, toMonica Anne Grose, originally of Little Falls, N.Y. Daniel, a graduate of Patrick Henry High School, Roanoke College, and the University of Virginia is currently employed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Technology Innovation Office. Monica graduated from Utica College of Syracuse University, and she is now a member of a technical staff for the MITRE Corporation. They both live in Falls Church, Va. The wedding is planned for August 21, 1993, in Little Falls, N.Y.
