OBIT TAYLOR, ELIZABETH HUNDLEY NANCE
TAYLOR, Elizabeth Hundley Nance, 77, of Bedford, died Saturday, January 30,
1993 in a Bedford hospital. She was born in Floyd County on December 7, 1915,
a daughter of the late George Washington Hundley and Cora Belle Reynolds
Hundley. She was a registered nurse for many years and was a member of the
Bedford Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Charles E. Taylor;
one daughter, Sharon N. Cargill, Martinsville; a brother, John B. Hundley,
Newport News; also four grandchildren. Funeral services will conducted on
Monday, February 1, 1993 at 3 p.m. at the Carder-Tharp Funeral Chapel with the
Rev. Dr. Carl H. Douglass Jr. and Hershel Stone officiating. Entombment will
follow in the Virginia Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive
friends on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Carder-Tharp Funeral Home. Memorials
may be made to either the Main Street United Methodist Church Building Fund or
the Bedford Life Saving Crew.
