OBIT SUMNER, MARY VITA WHITT

SUMNER, Mary Vita Whitt, 83, of Radford, passed away Friday, January 29, 1993, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Survivors include one son, Dan Sumner of Christiansburg; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Mabry of Roanoke, Ms. Betty Jennelle of Goodview; one sister, Miss Frances Whitt of Bluff City, Tenn.; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Seaver-Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home with Dr. William H. Jackson officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Monday at the Seaver-Sanders and Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
