OBIT-LIDDLE, EULA DAVIS

LIDDLE, Eula Davis, 83, of Rt. 2, Galax, passed away at her home Sunday, January 31, 1993. She is survived by her husband, J. Kemper Liddle; sons, J. K. Liddle, Jr., Dale Liddle, Franklin Liddle, Joe Liddle, all of Galax; daughter, Rebecca Liddle Darby, Salem; one sister, Mallie Edwards, Galax; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Charles Liddle. Funeral services will be held at the Mt. Vale United Methodist Church Tuesday, February 2, at 2:00 p.m., with the Rev. Hugh Kilgore and the Rev. Jack Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Vale United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
