OBIT-SNYDER, REV. J. ALLEN

SNYDER, Rev. J. Allen, 76, of Marion, died Sunday, January 31, 1993, at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Pratsch, and his parents. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Louise Prater Snyder of Marion and formerly of Norwalk, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Dale (Betsey) Schnetzer of Huron, Ohio, Mrs. Jon (Judy) Hosfeld of Bel Air, Md.; three sons, Jay Snyder of Hershey, Pa., David Snyder of Wadsworth, Ohio, Daniel Snyder of Portland, Ore.; and twelve grandchildren, Thinh Pham, Caroline Schnetzer, Linda Schnetzer, Suzi Snyder, Anne Snyder, Victoria Schnetzer, Mary Beth Snyder, Barbara Schnetzer, David Snyder Jr., Rebecca Schnetzer, Erica Snyder and Andrea Hosfeld. Memorial services will be held 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 1993, at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Pastor James H. Bangle officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a church of choice. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 until 8:30 at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
