ISRAEL RIGHT TO DEPORT TERRORISTS

THE ARABS have leveled a ridiculous charge that Israel is getting more favorable treatment than Iraq. The facts indicate otherwise. How can we fault a country for defending its people against Hamas and Palestine Liberation Organization terrorists who have been inciting violence against the state of Israel?

While Israel took the moderate step of deporting the inciters of terror, Kuwait - rescued by the democratic countries - expelled 300,000 Palestinians; PLO and Hamas groups murdered hundreds of fellow Palestinians; events in Yugoslavia made a farce of the honesty of the United Nations; and finally, Egypt and Algeria have taken strident steps against fundamentalist terror. In Egypt, a death penalty has been declared on anyone belonging to a terrorist organization.

The United Nations has ignored Saddam Hussein's killing of entire Kurdish populations and massacres in Syria (Islamic fundamentalists).

Deportation of Hamas terrorists, aimed for security of an innocent civilian population, should not be confused with a despot who invaded Kuwait, amassed huge forces and weapons and, despite a resounding defeat, still threatens the stability of the Middle East.
