USE HOTEL FOR THE HOMELESS

ALL THIS fuss about raising $5 million to reopen Hotel Roanoke for a convention center. Where are our priorities? Not five feet away we have homeless people living under bridges, in alleys, and going hungry. Use the hotel, with its bedrooms, bathrooms and meeting rooms, and the $5 million to feed and clothe the homeless, so they can help maintain the hotel.
